Overview
Este segundo volumen de la vigésima octava edición del Manual de Derecho Mercantil se ocupa de tres aspectos que resultan fundamentales para el estudio de la disciplina. El primero de ellos lo conforma la contratación mercantil y los mercados financieros. El segundo de los bloques de materias lo constituye el derecho de los títulos-valores. Pese a la progresiva reducción que se aprecia en la práctica en el uso de estos instrumentos, se considera que su estudio continúa siendo fundamental para la adecuada comprensión de la disciplina mercantil. En fin, el volumen se cierra con los capítulos dedicados al Derecho concursal. Con todo ello se aspira a ofrecer una visión sistemática y comprensible del Derecho mercantil actual, cada vez más complejo, pero sin perder de vista que, ante todo, se trata de un manual universitario, que ha de suministrar al alumno las bases para el estudio razonado de la disciplina, antes que un simple repertorio de datos o preceptos legales.
