Overview

Après quelques années en France où il a étudié le dessin, Asaf est de retour à Tel-Aviv.  L'éloignement lui fait porter un regard neuf sur sa famille et il s'intéresse à une histoire de famille, le meurtre de son arrière-grand-père, Abraham, dans les années 1930, par un jeune Arabe proche de la famille. Une histoire souvent entendue mais qu'il n'a jamais questionnée. Construit en deux récits parallèles, la quête d'Asaf et l'histoire d'Abraham, ce "graphic memoir" est le récit d'une prise de conscience de son identité, et de l'influence de l'Histoire dans son histoire familiale et personnelle.
